Cosmic Cheer are a Stunt Cheerleading group based at Leighton Village Hall near Welshpool. We cover sessions from ages 4 all the way through high school age and beyond! We are a super friendly & welcoming bunch, aiming to grow confidence, skills & friendships throughout!

Stunt Cheerleading has grown massively in the UK within the last few years and now has over 89,000 athletes taking part in regular sessions across the country and we love that we get to bring a part of that to our little rural area!

Cheerleading comprises 4 main elements, Stunts, Jumps, Tumble & Dance and we train all of these to produce some fun jampacked routines with all our athletes whether they come for fun or as part of our competitive programme! Think gymnastics, meets acrobatics, meets dance and that is basically stunt cheer! :)

We have been running Cosmic now for just over 5 years and have had the privilege of training some awesome kids throughout those years, some of whom have been with us from day 1 and are now a part of our Junior coaching program as well!

We hold fun sessions for littlies to gain new skills and develop their understanding of cheer as a whole, as well as more advanced sessions for our older athletes, which we showcase yearly at local carnivals & shows as well as our own showcases!

We have also been taking a selection of teams around the country to some amazing competitions for the past few years, these are an insane experience for those who want to take their cheering to the next level! Find some videos of them in action in our gallery!
